The Kiwanis Club of Falconer recently held its 51st annual Charter Night at the War Vets Recreation Club in Fluvanna. Guests included Jordyn Main, Austin Gloss and Chloe Lundberg of the Cassadaga Key Club along with Advisor Karen Schrader. Mary Plumb, a new member, also attended the event. Club President Mike Erlandson recognized the club’s outgoing officers Val Pierce and Phyllis Belin. Past Distinguished Lt. Governor Phyllis Belin conducted the installation of officers, including President Mike Erlandson, Vice President Jean Prechter, Secretary Donna Barber and Treasurer Amy Bellardo. Belin also installed the board of directors, Val Pierce, Mike Goon, Rosie Dirgirolamo, Dave Rowley, Sue Erlandson, Michele Turk along with Past President Phyllis Belin. The club also recognized Don Lazarony as an original charter member.
