The Chautauqua County Municipal Clerks Association recently held its monthly luncheon to present two scholarship winners with $500 checks. The nominating committee along with members celebrated all of the accomplishments of scholarship winners Zachary Dean and Marlei Armstrong. The nominating committee commented that this year the association received more applications than in previous years.
