The final two Allen Park summer bandshell concerts will be held Wednesday, Aug. 2, and Wednesday, Aug. 9, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Allen Park Bandshell. The Jamestown Municipal Band has played a variety of different music showcasing their talented members. The Allen Park Women’s Club sells hot dogs, popcorn, ice cream, penny candies and its homemade fudge at their concession stand. All profits are reinvested in Allen Park by purchasing playground equipment and making facility improvements. The club is always looking for new members.
