Funny Pages (Wednesday at 7 p.m.) is a coming-of-age story. When Robert, a high school student and aspiring cartoonist, rejects the comforts of suburban life, dropping out of school and leaving home, he finds an unwilling teacher and unwitting friend in Wallace — a former low-level comic artist. Funny Pages is rated R and is 86 minutes long.
Upcoming Movies at The Reg include the Ray Romano comedy Somewhere In Queens (May 10 at 7 p.m.), a special engagement 20th anniversary screening of Tim Burton’s Big Fish (May 17 at 7 p.m.), Ben Affleck and Matt Damon in the sports film Air (May 20 at 8 p.m.), Michelle Williams in the indie art comedy Showing Up (May 24 at 7 p.m.) and the historical drama Chevalier (May 31 at 7 p.m.)
Tickets to Movies at The Reg are $7 for movies and $6 for family films, with an additional $1 theater restoration fee added. Special movie engagements are priced differently.
