Pair Airlifted To Hospital Following Crash

Two people were airlifted to a Pennsylvania hospital following a two-vehicle crash Wednesday. Panama and Lakewood firefighters, along with sheriff’s deputies and Chautauqua County EMS, responded to the collision, reported at 5:38 p.m. at the intersection of Baker Street Extension and Route 474. According to the Sheriff’s Office, a vehicle being driven by Jason Earle, 25, of Panama, collided with a vehicle being operated by Steven Fenno, 31, of Union City, Pa. Fenno and a passenger, Chrstine Bay, 39, of Erie, Pa., were transported by helicopter to the hospital for treatment of undisclosed injuries. Earle was treated at the scene.
