Southwestern Middle School officials have released the school’s Students of the Month for February. They are:

Andrew Robinson, sixth grade and the son of Andy and Brooke Robinson of Lakewood. His favorite subject is math. Andrew is a member of Southwestern Quiz Bowl, Student Council, Band, and Choir. Outside of school, he plays on The Gladiators Baseball and Jamestown YMCA Basketball and likes to ride his bike.

Catelyn Hanson, seventh grade and the daughter of Todd and Barb Hanson of Jamestown. Her favorite subjects are English language arts, art and gym. Catelyn plays on the Southwestern volleyball team and is a member of Impact and the Southwestern Student Council. Outside of school, she plays travel volleyball, goes to youth group, reads and hang out with family and friends.

Inara Meer, eighth grade and the daughter of Dr. Shahnawaz Meer and Syeda Meer of Lakewood. Her favorite subjects are art, ELA and band. Inara is a member of the Southwestern Student Council. Outside of school, she likes to read, paint, take pictures and ice skates at the Northwest Arena.
