The Northern Chautauqua Canine Rescue Dog of the Week is Mitch, a very happy young dog who is about beagle-sized. He is high energy and loves to play. He can’t live with cats, but would probably be fine with other dogs, and he would benefit from exercise and training. He loves belly rubs, too. The shelter is located at 7540 N.
