Those planning to attend the TRC Community Health Center open house are encouraged to bring items to donate to the facility’s Giving Tree.

An open house and ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place Thursday to showcase the TRC Community Health Center.

The event will run from 3 to 5 p.m. at the health center, 890 E. Second St., Jamestown. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the dental and primary care operations and speak with some of the health care providers.

TRC Community Health Center provides a variety of services that are available to anyone. In July, operations of the health center transitioned from The Resource Center to Community Inclusion, Inc. Transferring operational oversight of the health center is intended to ensure the long-term viability of the practice. Another goal is to have TRC Community Health Center become a regional center of excellence for the provision of dental services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
