Shara Post

Community Bank has promoted Shara Post to branch manager at the Sherman and Ripley branches.

In her new role overseeing both branches, Post will be responsible for fostering customer relationships, driving mortgage activity and small business outreach.

Post joined Community Bank as a teller at the Ripley branch. Following, she served as a senior teller and branch supervisor. In 2019, Post transferred to the Westfield branch to take on the role of retail service officer.

“We are thrilled to recognize Shara’s hard work and commitment to Community Bank,” Regional Manager Lisa Allenson said. “Her experience and leadership will be an important asset to both our Sherman and Ripley teams.”

Post has served as the social media chair on the Westfield Memorial Hospital Foundation board since the end of 2020. She has also been a part of the Ripley Central School Parent-Teacher Organization since 2019.

She lives in Ripley, with her husband, Robert, and sons Bryson, 10, and Elliott, 3.
