Bemus Point School Board To Meet Monday
BEMUS POINT – The Bemus Point Central School Board of Education will meet Monday in the cafeteria at Maple Grove Junior-Senior High School, 3980 Dutch Hollow Road, Bemus Point. The regular meeting begins at 6 p.m. with an executive session expected after the meeting to discuss personnel. The public is welcome to attend.
Quilt Guild To Meet Wednesday
BUSTI – The Chautauqua Region Quilt Guild will meet Wednesday at the Busti Federated Church at the five corners of Busti. The program will be “Selfies” by Linda Eberl. Along with showing the group how to make self-portrait quilts, she will also be sharing some of her landscape quilts. The community sew time, when those attending work on donation quilts and quilt kits, is from 3 to 6 p.m. Refreshments are served from 6 to 6:30 p.m. with a general business meeting starting at 6:30 p.m.
Save Holy Apostles Parish Meeting Is Wednesday
A Save Holy Apostles Parish update meeting regarding the church’s appeal effort will be held on Wednesday at Christ First United Methodist Church, 663 Lakeview Ave., starting at 6:30 p.m. The meeting is largely to be devoted to answering people’s questions and concerns, while the procurator of the church’s appeal, Samantha Scalise, will give an overview of both levels of the church’s appeal.

Community Foundation To Present Radio Remembrances April 10
The Chautauqua Region Community Foundation will present “Radio Remembrances,” a special program featuring Dennis Webster, Terry Frank, and Mike Goldman, at 5 p.m. Thursday, April 10, at the Robert H. Jackson Center. The evening will begin with a social gathering at 4:30 p.m. Greg Peterson will serve as the moderator for the conversation. “We are incredibly excited to host these radio legends at the Jackson Center,” said Greg Peterson. “Their stories are a vital part of our community’s history, and we are honored to provide a platform for them to share their experiences.” This complimentary event is open to the public, and attendees are encouraged to arrive early to secure seating.
