Bethlehem Lutheran Church To Host Dinner
FALCONER – Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Falconer will host a takeout spaghetti dinner from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. The price will be $10 for adults and $5 for children. Dinner, bread, salad and dessert are included. To order ahead, phone 716-665-2102. The church is located at 20 North Phetteplace St., Falconer. The proceeds will benefit the Bethlehem Lutheran Mission Fund.
Jamestown School Board Meeting Is Tuesday
The Jamestown Public Schools Board of Education will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the board room in the administration building, 197 Martin Road. The public is welcome to attend.
Mobile Food Truck To Visit Ashville Pantry
ASHVILLE – The Feed More of Western New York Mobile Pantry Truck will be at the Ashville United Methodist Church on Tuesday from 10 a.m. to noon and 3 to 5 p.m. The truck brings fresh produce and some staple items. To receive free food, only proof of address from the following ZIP codes is required:Ashville 14710, Bemus Point 14712, Celoron 14720, Lakewood 14750, Niobe 14758, Panama 14767, Stow 14785 and anyone who lives in the town of Busti or is a Client of the Ashville Pantry. The food is no longer pre-boxed. Those receiving food should bring their own bags or boxes. Those receiving food will need to walk around to the different tables to pick out foods they want. Sinclairville Library Hosts Cardmaking Class
SINCLAIRVILLE – The Sinclairville Free Library will host a beginner’s card making class at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, at the library, 15 Main St., Sinclairville. The program is for ages 10 and up. A fee of $3 per card will cover the cost of all materials with instruction provided by Lynn Wigren, Creative Memories advisor and scrapbooker, cardmaker, and papercrafter since 1995. Class participants will assemble a card using pre-cut decorative pieces. There will be a choice of cards with various themes and sentiments to choose from. Space is limited to six participants.
