Olivia Minsker and Noah Simpson were married on October 6, 2023, at Mendakota Country Club in Eagan, Minnesota.

The bride is the daughter of Barry and Jennifer Minsker, and the groom is the son of Matt and Tracy Simpson. The bride’s grandmother is Doris Landy of Ashville, who was in attendance. The maid of honor was Katie Buckingham, and the groom’s brother Connor Simpson was the best man.

The couple honeymooned in Maui, and will reside in Minneapolis, MN.
