Drs. Amy Williamson and Lucas Liuzzo exchanged wedding vows on Aug. 7, 2021, in Lancaster, Ohio. Dr. Jacob Buffo performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Candace and James Williamson of Pickerington, Ohio. Her husband is the son of Leslie and Joseph Liuzzo of North Port, Fla.

Amy is a 2009 graduate of Pickerington High School and 2013 graduate of Denison University. She received her Doctorate degree in Geophysics from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2018. Amy is a physical scientist at the National Tsunami Warning Center in Palmer, Alaska. Lucas is a 2010 graduate of Jamestown High School and 2014 graduate of the University of Michigan. He received his Doctorate degree in Geophysics from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2019. Lucas is a research scientist at the Space Sciences Laboratory at the University of California, Berkeley.

They are living in Alaska.
