   Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. The Way We Use Information:

   We use the information you provide about yourself when placing a classified ad only to complete that request. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your request.
   We use the information you provide about yourself when submitting a letter to the editor, local events or announcements only to complete that submission which involves verifying the information submitted. We do not share this information with outside parties.
   We use the information you provide about yourself when requesting a distribution route or other employment with the The Post-Journal only to process that request. This information is for internal use only and will not be shared with outside parties.
   We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
    We use the information you provide about yourself when registering for The Post-Journal Forum Boards with The Post-Journal only to process that request. Postings being used in the printed edition of the The Post-Journal will be verified from the registered user whom submitted such posting. This information is for internal use only and will not be shared with outside parties.
   We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we will not disclose anything that can be used to identify those individuals.
