There is no incentive for companies or families to move to up state NY. Cuomo is hear now because of the upcomming elections but after electios we won't see him for another 3 1/2 yrs. He takes care of NY City.

Lets do the math, no company x here, you get zero tax money from them, Give company x a tax break to come back, you put people to work and collect some tax money, why would you vote no?
