Where have all the plows gone ?????

WOW ...Can someone tell me where all the plows were this morning. I head to work around 5:30 and no plows out this morning, hard a real hard time going anywere on Baker St. Lets see...excuse #1 no warning of the snow coming....wrong was being broadcasted from about noon on...excuse #2 no money...well lets see, how can there be no money when no plowing or very little been done this year. ..excuse #3 no school ...well hello !! Its us the working people that pay tax money, we need to beable to get to work !!!!
