Weitsman scrapyard location

In response to the gentleman from Kennedy that feels that the scrap yard located on 8th St should petition Jamestown for a location in one of the industrial districts already established. My Husband had a plan to build an indoor recycling business and attempted to get permission to acquire property either in the already established factory district near Valeo or in the industrial park behind Bush industries and was told the scrap business would be TOO DIRTY. Weitsman is fortunate to have a area grandfathered in and is doing a lot to improve the area. No way could they have gotten a differant area to start the business.
