Shortly after 2 p.m., the Lakewood woman noticed the traffic light turn green, but allegedly failed to notice that the Grand Marquis had yet to move forward. She rear-ended the vehicle, forcing the Grand Marquis to rear-end a Subaru Forester in front of it.
The two Jamestown residents inside the Grand Marquis were transported to WCA Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
The Lakewood woman will be charged with following too closely, police said.
Lakewood, Busti and Ashville fire departments responded to the scene, as well as the Lakewood-Busti Police Department.
