Dunkirk Mayor Anthony J. Dolce joined fellow Chautauqua County resident and director of the Lucille Ball Desi Arnaz Center, Journey Gunderson, as well as leaders from across New York state, on July 20 to participate in Gov. Andrew Cuomo's Adirondack Challenge in Indian Lake. Dolce and Gunderson were able to network with numerous state and local officials and tourism industry representatives to spread the word about Chautauqua County. They also participated in the governor's annual Adirondack Whitewater Rafting Challenge as part of the Western New York team, which included Sam Hoyt, Empire State Development regional president; Howard Zemsky, Western New York Regional Economic Development Council co-chair; Paul Brown, Buffalo Building & Construction Trades president; and Paul Dyster, Niagara Falls mayor.
