Friday, July 11, 2014, at 7:23 p.m., Sheila J. Pringle went to be with the Lord, surrounded by family and friends, at the age of 74.
Sheila was born April 17, 1940, to Banks and Thelma (Ramsey) Kahle.
Sheila was best known for having a very upbeat, do-for-others outlook on life. She spent most of her life working for others as a personal care worker. She brought much joy and many smiles to her clients, co-workers, family and friends. She enjoyed her well-lived life.
When it came to her family, nothing was more important to Sheila. She leaves us all with many happy memories and a spirit of generosity that we will keep with us forever.
Surviving Sheila are her two children: Scott Sweet (Virginia) and Cynthia McGrath; her six grandchildren: Heidi (Gioia) Payot, Holly (Gioia) Gough, Andrea (Sweet) Stover and Christian Pringle, all of New York, Felicia (Gioia) Gamble of Alabama, Taylor (Sweet) Lemons of Virgina; and her three great-grandchildren: Penelope, Simeon and Clarisse.
Proceeding Sheila in death are her parents; and her beloved brother, Brian Kahle of Buffalo, N.Y.
A celebration of life will be held privately for friends and family at the home of her granddaughter.
