JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Christopher S. Hayes, 35, of Buffalo was charged Wednesday with unnecessary noise, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. At 4:25 a.m., officers were dispatched to 1414 E. Second St. (Bullfrog Hotel) for a man using narcotics inside the establishment. Officers located Hayes outside being disorderly and yelling. During his arrest, he refused to enter the patrol vehicle. He was transported to the city jail where .6 grams of cocaine were found in his possession. He is being held pending arraignment.
Joshua K. Crist, 33, was charged Tuesday with second-degree harassment. Kaitlyn A. Covell, 26, was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree criminal mischief. At 5:50 p.m., officers were dispatched to 370 Falconer St. for a domestic incident. Upon arrival, officers made contact with both Crist and Covell. Investigation revealed that Crist had made physical threats toward Covell and threw her to the ground. Covell then tore Crist's shirt as he was trying to leave the residence. They were both transported to city jail.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Felix J. Figueroa-Torres, 26, of Jamestown was charged Wednesday with second-degree criminal contempt. At 10 a.m., Figueroa-Torres was arrested on an active warrant due to an incident where he was at the house of a victim that had a valid court order against him.
