The Babes of Wrath will face Corry, Pa.’s Nightmares on Main Street on Sunday.
The Babes of Wrath represent Chautauqua and Warren counties in one of the fastest growing sports in the country, and over 400 women's flat track roller derby leagues worldwide.
All Babes of Wrath bouts raise money for charity, and proceeds from the fourth annual Summer Bruise In will benefit the Northern Chautauqua Canine Rescue, a nonprofit rescue group formed to help the neediest dogs and puppies in our area - the strays, the orphaned, the abandoned. Tickets are $8 presale, $10 at the door, children under 12 are free. Following the bout, The Babes will host a family-friendly after party at the rink, featuring lawn games, food, and the opportunity to meet the skaters.
