A Rainbow Cab was struck by another vehicle Monday, sending its female passenger to WCA Hospital.
At approximately 11:45 a.m., the Rainbow Cab was traveling southbound on Howard Avenue when it was struck by a Chevy Lumina traveling eastbound on Westminster Drive.
According to Ellicott Police, the driver of the Lumina whose name was not released assumed that the intersection of Westminster and Howard was a four-way stop.

He will be charged with failing to yield right of way, police said.
The passenger of the Rainbow Cab whose name was also not released was transported to WCA Hospital for non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the cab was reportedly uninjured.
The Ellicott Police Department was assisted by Alstar Ambulance and Celoron emergency officials.
