Donald R. Moore Sr., 76, of Jamestown, N.Y., went home to be with the Lord Sunday, May 18, 2014, in his home.
An area resident for the last 45 years, he was born in Bradford, Pa., on Feb. 23, 1938, the son of Raymond and Lillian (Huff) Moore.
Donald served time in the Armed Forces. He was also a New York State hunter safety course instructor. He was also a member of the American Legion.

Surviving are his wife, Sue Anne Moore of Jamestown, N.Y.; his daughter, Dee Musolino of Bradford, Pa.; sons: Donald R. Moore Jr. of Jamestown, N.Y., Raymond E. Moore of Perry, N.Y.; his grandchildren: Jason Musolino and Erin Moore of Bradford, Pa., Chad and Rose Hanson of Akron, Ohio, Zachary Moore, Jared Moore and Jaycee Moore of Jamestown, N.Y.; and several great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Deborah Hanson.
Friends will be received at the Sunset Hill Cemetery office at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, prior to a 4 p.m. graveside service. Pastor Don DeAngelo of the Faith Outreach Center Church, 105 Chandler St., Jamestown, will preside.
