WESTFIELD-Shawn M. Cettell, 26, of Westfield was charged Sunday with second-degree harassment after it was alleged that he made threats to harm other residents in the area. He was arraigned in Westfield Court and released on his own recognizance to the custody of his mother.

ELLINGTON-Mikol V. Rockwood, 24, of Irving was charged Friday with felony driving while intoxicated, first-degree felony aggravated unlicensed operation, unlawful dealing with a child (giving/selling alcohol to a person under 21) and unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on Wade Hill Road in Ellington. Troopers observed a beer can being thrown out of the car. When a strong odor of alcohol was detected coming from the vehicle, Rockwood was given field sobriety tests and placed under arrest for DWI. Rockwood and a 17-year-old passenger were transported to SP Jamestown where a blood alcohol content of .13 was obtained from Rockwood. He was arraigned in Ellicott Court and committed to Chautauqua County Jail with bail pending the District Attorney's recommendation.
ELLINGTON-Tyler J. Lokietek, 19, of Fredonia was charged Friday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop for failing to stop at a stop on Wade Hill Road in Ellington. Troopers detected an odor of alcohol and conducted sobriety tests, after which Lokietek was placed under arrest. Lokietek was transported to SP Jamestown for processing where a BAC of .10 was obtained. He was issued tickets and will appear in Ellington Court at a later date. He was released to a third party.
