CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
HANOVER - Robert K. Shumaker, 33, of Silver Creek was charged Thursday with second-degree harassment and trespass. At approximately 6:37 p.m., deputies responded to a residence on Angell Road in Hanover for the report of a neighbor dispute. Investigation determined that Shumaker trespassed on a male victim's property and threatened the same victim with physical violence. He will appear in Hanover Court at a later date.
Tina M. Vespro, 40, of Lakewood was charged Wednesday with no/improper signal, failure to keep right and driving while intoxicated per se. At approximately 10:50 p.m., deputies observed a pickup truck on Fairmount Avenue in Jamestown commit several traffic infractions. Following an investigation, it was determined that the driver-Vespro-was intoxicated. She will appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.
ELLICOTT - Robert E. Mitchell III, 46, of Cassadaga was charged Friday with driving while ability impaired by drugs, failure to use designated lane and inadequate tail lamps. At approximately 3:08 a.m., deputies observed a vehicle traveling east on Route 394 in Ellicott with a tail lamp out. Officers observed the vehicle driving on the shoulder. Investigation revealed that the driver-Mitchell-was under the influence of drugs. He will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Dylan C. Hinson, 21, of Greenhurst was charged Friday with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and traveling the wrong way on a one-way street. At approximately 3:03 a.m., officers observed a vehicle traveling the wrong way on East Fifth Street in the city. Upon stopping the vehicle, officers determined that the driver-Hinson-was intoxicated. He was transported to city jail and is due back in city court at a later date.
