KIANTONE - A Busti man faces sex charges for an alleged incident that occurred last summer.
Michael D. Clark, 27, was charged with third-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child after a lengthy investigation by New York State Police and the Jamestown Police Department.
Clark is alleged to have had sexual intercourse with a 16-year-old female during the summer of 2013 in the town of Kiantone.
According to Trooper Victor M. Morales, public information officer for the New York State Police, Clark and the victim knew each other. They also reportedly engaged in sexual intercourse only one time.
Clark was arraigned in Town of Kiantone Court and committed to Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.
