All three individuals were transported to WCA Hospital by Lakewood emergency officials.
According to the Lakewood-Busti Police Department, the woman had allegedly stopped at the stop sign at the intersection of Southwestern Drive and Baker Street, but failed to take notice of the westbound vehicle.
