Children Hunt For Eggs, Candy At Theta Beta Easter Egg Hunt

Theta Beta Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi International Sorority, held its annual Easter egg hunt on April 12 at the Sherman Stanley Hose Company. This event has taken place for more than 40 years. Children from the surrounding area searched for chocolate and prize-winning plastic eggs. Winners were: Preschool - Jordan Griswold, Ava-Kay Irwin, Fay Greenawalt and Ry-Lea Irwin; kindergarten and first grade - Eli Armes, Isabella Griswold, Jayden Zenns and Jacob Fronto; second and third grade - Daniel Meeder, Bill Safford, Ryan Perry and Brayden Hayes. As a service organization, the sorority's fundraisers help to support its many service projects including this annual Easter egg hunt.
