CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
BROCTON - James D. Seavy Jr., 50, of Brocton was charged Saturday with forcible touching and second-degree harassment. At approximately 1:38 a.m., deputies responded to a call of a disorderly male at Old Mill Road. Upon arrival, deputies were informed that Seavy was allegedly intoxicated and threatening several subjects at the residence, while refusing to leave. It was also alleged that Seavy verbally harassed and inappropriately touched a female at the residence. After being located unconscious in the yard of a Main Street residence, Seavy was treated by Brocton EMS and transported to Westfield Memorial Hospital. He will appear in Brocton Court at a later date.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
LITTLE VALLEY - Sterling Pierce, 17, of Salamanca was charged on April 7 with a Salamanca violation of probation bench warrant. He was apprehended in Little Valley and transported to the Salamanca Police Department and will appear in Salamanca Court at a later date.
LITTLE VALLEY - Joseph E. Novak, 20, of Frewsburg was charged Friday with second-degree aggravated harassment and endangering the welfare of a child after an incident the previous day in Little Valley. He was processed and is due back in Little Valley Court at a later date.
ELLICOTTVILLE - Jarrd M. Ray, 44, of Salamanca was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated, driving with .08 percent or more of alcohol, open container of alcohol and no/inadequate plate lamp. At approximately 10:47 p.m., deputies observed a vehicle with no plate lamp traveling on Washington Street. Upon stopping the vehicle, deputies determined that the driver - Ray - was intoxicated and had a blood alcohol content of .09 percent. He will appear in Ellicottville Court at the end of the month.
LITTLE VALLEY - David E. Mohr, 32, of Cattaraugus was charged Friday on an active Little Valley bench warrant after a traffic stop. Mohr was arraigned in New Albion Court and released. He will appear in Little Valley Court on April 23 to face charges.
YORKSHIRE - Anthony Paul Dutcher, 23, of Tonawanda was charged Saturday with second-degree harassment. At approximately 3:35 a.m., Dutcher was apprehended on an arrest warrant issued by Yorkshire Court. He was arraigned at the court and remanded to the county jail in lieu of $1,000 bail. He is due back in Yorkshire Court on May 8 at 6 p.m.
NEW YORK STATE POLICE
CHERRY CREEK - Tina M. Fritz, 47, of Forestville was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated, uninspected vehicle and littering after State Troopers stopped her for littering on Route 83. During the stop, a strong odor of alcohol was detected and Fritz was placed under arrest and transported to the state police in Jamestown for processing where a blood alcohol content of .10 was obtained. Fritz was issued tickets and is to appear in Cherry Creek Court. he was released to a third party.
Megan E. Ludwiczak, 25, was charged Thursday with driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana after State Troopers stopped her for failing to keep right on Park Street. While interviewing Ludwiczak, Troopers detected an odor of alcohol and marihuana. After field sobriety tests, Ludwiczak was placed under arrest and transported to the state police in Jamestown where a blood alcohol content of .25 was obtained. She was issued tickets and will appear in Jamestown Court at a later date. She was released to a third party.
