As far as education to inmates goes maybe The Post-Journal should do a story on how it is very, very hard for a convicted felon to get any job because of being a convicted felon alone.
Their rights are stripped from them as felon. A convicted felon can't even sell cars nor work at a Walmart because of guns and ammunition. They can't hold a civil service job nor hold office just to mention a few limitations. Would you want them to have access to your personal information? Teach them and promise them a good job just to have them turned away because of being a convicted felon.
