CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
KIANTONE - Lovella A. Kellom, 27, of Jamestown was charged Wednesday with driving while intoxicated, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation, open container of alcohol and failure to maintain lane. At approximately 2:30 a.m., deputies stopped a vehicle on Route 60. Investigation revealed that the driver - Kellom - was intoxicated and operating on suspended driving privileges. She will appear in Kiantone Court next month.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Joseph L. Spencer, 45, of Jamestown was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. At approximately 10:03 p.m., officers were dispatched to 12 Cowing St. to meet with a victim for a violation of an order of protection. The victim told officers that Spencer confronted him and started an argument. Officers confirmed that there was a valid order of protection for Spencer to stay away from the victim. Officers received information that Spencer was at 408 Falconer St. They found him hiding under a blanket in the attic. Spencer was transported to city jail without incident.
Toni Bradberry, 22, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. At approximately 9:38 a.m., officers received information that Bradberry was at 226 South Main St. in the company of an individual that she was ordered to stay away from, as per an Order of Protection. Officers located Bradberry and transported her to city jail without incident.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
Angela S. Fuller, 34, of Jamestown was charged Tuesday with petit larceny and endangering the welfare of a child. At approximately 6:20 p.m., police were dispatched to Kmart for a shoplifter being held by loss prevention officers. It is alleged that Fuller stole $162.03 worth of merchandise. Fuller also had her 8-year-old daughter with her. She will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.
