LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Adam D. Bush, 29, of Jamestown, was charged Monday with second-degree aggravated harassment. It is alleged that Bush sent threatening text and Facebook messages to a female victim. A warrant was applied for and Bush was charged.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
SALAMANCA- Hiram G. Miran, 50, of Salamanca, was arrested on a violation of probation warrant issued out of Cattaraugus County Court on Friday at 9 p.m. He was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of bail, and is due back in court at a later date.
GREAT VALLEY- Drew W. Holland, 29, of Olean was charged with felony driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, felony driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, seventh-degree criminal possession of a control substance, false personation, unlawful possession of marijuana along with several other traffic violations on Thursday at 6 p.m. Deputies located Holland's vehicle in a snowbank on Route 219 in Great Valley. He had been driving too fast for conditions when he lost control of the vehicle and ended up off the road. Holland allegedly initially gave a fake name and his true identity was later discovered during the course of investigation. A check on his license revealed it was provoked for a prior DWI conviction and an ignition interlock restriction was in place. He was also allegedly found to have a small quantity of marijuana and several pills. He was taken to Great Valley Court for arraignment where bail was set at $500.
ALLEGANY- David J. Fahy, 45, of Allegany was charged with second-degree harassment and third-degree assault. Allegedly Fahy was arrested after a verbal and physical altercation in which he punched a man in the face. He was arraigned in Great Valley Court and transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $250 bail to return to Allegany Court to face the charges.
ELLICOTTVILLE- Sean H. Polcsik, 37, of Middleburg, Ohio. was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content over .18 percent and failure to yield right of way while turning left after a traffic stop on Route 219 in Ellicottville on Wednesday at 10:04 p.m. He was processed and released on tickets, and is due back on court at a later date.
