Community Foundation Grants $100,000 To Local Organizations

During the first round of Community Service Grants for 2014, the Chautauqua Region Community Foundation awarded $100,000 to 12 area organizations. Representatives from each organization attended an awards reception on Feb. 21. Representatives from the Winifred Crawford Dibert Boys and Girls Club of Jamestown, YMCA Camp Onyahsa, Randolph Cemetery Association, Fenton History Center, Salvation Army, Chautauqua County Historical Society, Jamestown Community Learning Council, Chautauqua Striders, Child Advocacy Program, Jamestown Audubon Society, Inc., and Robert H. Jackson Center are pictured. A representative from the Ashville Free Library was unable to attend. Also pictured are members of the Community Service Grants Committee, Megan Herman, Sharon Hamilton, Lorraine Diggs and Shane Uber. Tim Grace was unable to attend.
