The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office and Jamestown Police Department SWAT teams seized approximately $160,000 worth of marijuana after executing four search warrants Friday.
The four search warrants were executed simultaneously at 5:25 p.m. in the village of Lakewood, town of Ellicott and city of Jamestown. Authorities seized growing marijuana, processed marijuana and sophisticated equipment used to produce marijuana at each location, according to a news release from the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force.
As a result of the searches, Jeffrey Boardman, of 288 Southland Ave., Lakewood, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana and unlawfully growing cannabis.
