Lois I. Marsh Quiggle, 70, of Sugar Grove, Pa., passed away Thursday, Feb. 20, 2014, at Warren Gen-eral Hospital.
She was born Nov. 1, 1943, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Ercell Colburn Marsh. She was married to Lynn A. Quiggle who preceded her in death on Feb. 25, 2011.
She worked side by side with her daughter at Truck-Lite in Falconer, for many years. She also was em-ployed for a number of years at the Town and Country in Sugar Grove, Blair in Warren and the WCA Hospital in Jamestown.
Most important to Lois, was just spending time with her family and her twin granddaughters who affec-tionately called her "Monka." She enjoyed reading, embroidering, crafts and watching T.V. Lois loved her dogs, Rose and Louie, and going out for a cup of coffee or ice cream with family.
Surviving are a daughter, Amy (Edward) Gustafson of Warren; a son, Robert (Tracie) Quiggle; a daughter, Jennifer (Jim) Pring of Warren; a sister, Laura (Phil) Cronk of Ellington, N.Y.; her twin granddaughters: Rachel and Raeann Quiggle; two sisters-in-law, Joan (Ken) Warnshuis of Michigan, and Patricia (John) Demby of Leechburg, Pa.; a dear friend, Bonnie (Ronnie) Mead of Kennedy, N.Y.; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Virginia Spencer and her husband, Barry.
Friends are invited to call on Monday from 1-2 p.m., at the Sugar Grove branch of McKinney Funeral Homes and Cremation Services Inc., where a funeral and committal service will follow at 2 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 24, with the Rev. Mike Poindexter officiating. A luncheon will follow at a location to be announced. A private burial will be held in Foster Cemetery in Lander, Pa.
The family suggests memorials may be made to the Warren County Humane Society or the Chautauqua County Humane Society.
