Local Police Put To The Test During Two-Day Training Course

Members of Jamestown, Dunkirk, Fredonia, Ellicott and Lakewood-Busti police departments as well as the New York State Police participated in the first half of a two-day rapid response training course at the now-abandoned Rogers Elementary School in Jamestown on Wednesday. The course will conclude today with officers taking a written test and undergoing scenario-based exercises with Airsoft guns.
