The Post-Journal

A Jamestown Board of Public Utilities worker is pictured delivering the new orange recycling bins to customers. BPU officials have said the bins will be delivered to customers by the end of February. The new program will start in March, with the new charge for solid waste disposal in customers' May bills. The new charge for solid waste is $20 for residents who don't recycle. For those who recycle, the charge will be $10. The current rate is $12.10.
