FREDONIA - It was a banner day for Clymer as the Lady Pirates claimed the team title on Tuesday during the 2014 Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Girls Bowling Rolloffs at Lucky Lanes.
Clymer rolled 1,152, 1,084-1,023-3,259 handicapped team total to take first place by 51 pins over Randolph, which fired a 1,124-1,048-1,036 linescore and Forestville was in third place with 1,059-1,055-1,065-3,179.
Finishing fourth was Ellicottville with 1,024-1,043-1,091-3,158, Dunkirk was sixth with 1,037-1,009-1,099-3,145, Frewsburg took seventh with 1,029-1,037-1,074-3,140, Jamestown placed eighth with 958-1,047-1,115-3,120, Salamanca was ninth with 1,082-975-1009-3,066 and Fredonia took tenth with 966-1,073-1,017-3,056.

In addition, Southwestern was 11th with 1,046-979-1,027-3,052, Hinsdale finished 12th with 1,040-1,006-998-3,044, Falconer took 13th with 1,011-1,007-1,000-3,018, Silver Creek ended the day in 14th place with 1,004-1,026-975-3,005, Chautauqua Lake was 15th with 1,007-1,022-970-2,999, Cattaraugus - Little Valley placed 16th overall with 994-922-1,015-2,931, Allegany-Limestone was 16th with 977-945-1,001-2,923 and Gowanda finished in 17th with 1,004-895-985-2,884.
High individual honors went to Fredonia's Morgan Dispense, who rolled the high scratch game (210) and Janelle Ingalls from Clymer had the high scratch series (555).
Hinsdale's Danielle Johnson rolled the high handicap game (271) and Sandra Parnell from Clymer posted the high handicap series (726).
