Timothy J. DiBlasi, 56, of 3121 Burton Road, Jamestown, died Friday, Jan. 10, 2014, in his home.
He was born Aug. 5, 1957, in Salamanca, N.Y., the son of James Richard and Betty Lou Detrick DiBlasi.
For many years he worked as a motorcycle mechanic, and at one time owned and operated Motor Toys Salvage in Russell, Pa.
He is survived by his mother, Betty Lou DiBlasi; his brother, Thomas DiBlasi; his sisters: Joy Yergens, Faith DiBlasi, Hope Fredrickson and Glori Smith; and an aunt, Sue Nordlund.
He is preceded in death by his father, James Richard DiBlasi.
Tim was a brilliant mechanic and could fix anything despite being legally blind. He had a heart of gold and would always help anyone he could.
A memorial service will be held Friday Jan. 17, 2014, at 3 p.m. in the Migliore Funeral Home.
Friends will be received for one hour prior to the service.
