Rotarians were serious even amidst the holiday season, listening to a presentation by Randy Elf on "Challenging the Constitutionality of Laws Limiting Political Speech."
Elf has personally striven to challenge New York state's efforts to limit political speech more expansively than the federal government does, which is unconstitutional.
