With current court cases against crosses and nativity scenes on public land, the courts have consistently sided on the side of seperation.
Why is the seperation of church and state such a solid concept, while "...the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed..." is quite flexible?
Laws must be based on a system of beliefs. What rules of conduct are we basing our laws on? Why is homosexual marriage ok but polygamy isn't?
