FREDONIA - Business partners Dave Mackowiak and Kevin Wystup of Johnson, Mackowiak & Associates, LLP recently announced the addition of three new staff members to their team.
"As the upcoming tax season approaches, we're happy to see some new faces around the office and having the extra helping hands in January will be a large asset to the firm," Wystup said.
Rebekah Bretl was recently brought on as marketing coordinator. She will be responsible for managing the firm's social media and marketing campaigns, as well as their website. Bretl holds a bachelor's degree in public relations from SUNY Fredonia. She previously worked for Jamestown Community College.
"JMA has a vision of where they want to be next year, in five years, and even further down the road," Bretl said. "For me, contributing from a marketing and public relations standpoint and being able to help make those visions come true is very exciting."
Kyle Baumgartner and Bobbi Storer were added to the administrative and support team earlier this year. Baumgartner will serve as the main communication liaison between clients, customers, and the firm's partners and accountants, while performing a wide range of activities including new client profiling, record keeping, and data entry. She holds an associate degree in accounting from Empire State College.
Storer, who recently relocated from Virginia, will assist with tax return processing, sales tax, and the general oversight and fluidity of the office. She attended Jamestown Community College.
