The Christmas spirit is alive and well amongst Chautauqua-Kinzua Harley Owners Group members. Since the close of the Christmas 2012 season, the chapter, sponsored by Harley-Davidson of Jamestown, has been collecting toys to donate to those in need this Christmas season.
Each month, members were encouraged to bring in an item for the chapter's Toy Box. The group members accepted the challenge and donated toys to Love In the Name of Christ of Southern Chautauqua County earlier this month.
Christine Kibbe, executive director of Love INC, accepted the donation on behalf of the organization. Kibbe explained to the chapter how the donations would be distributed and discussed the array of services offered by Love INC, which range from transportation to medical appointments, home repairs, baby items, back to school assistance, budget counseling and more.
