KIANTONE-There's certainly nothing wrong with a little extra Christmas shopping, especially when it's all for a good cause.
The Kiantone Auxiliary- in an effort to support the Kiantone Fire Department- will hold a Christmas bazaar on Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Kiantone Fire Hall, located at 2318 Stillwater-Frewsburg Road. More than 30 crafters and vendors from around the county will be there, selling a wide variety of handcrafted items, from handbags to Christmas knick-knacks.
"This is a good way to get some last minute Christmas shopping done," said Lorri Munson, president of the Kiantone Auxiliary.

In addition to the handcrafted items, the bazaar will serve coffee and doughnuts in the morning and soup, chili and butterbits during lunchtime.
"The food is phenomenal," Munson said.
All proceeds will be donated to Kiantone firefighters.
"(This bazaar) helps us raise money to help our firefighters and allows them to buy fire and safety equipment (which will ultimately save more lives)."
