FALCONER-A homeless man was charged Saturday after trespassing inside a Kwik Fill station.
According to Ellicott Police Department, officers dispatched to the area of West Main Street and Tiffany Avenue at approximately 9:40 p.m., where Kelly D. Foster, 55, was allegedly intoxicated and asking for money.
Further investigation revealed that Foster had entered a Kwik Fill station earlier in the evening, despite being told he wasn't welcome.
As he was being taken into custody, Foster began yelling and using obscene language toward police and patrons of the business, police said.
Foster was ultimately charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct. He will appear in Ellicott Court on a later date.
Foster had previously been charged in September by the Jamestown Police Department for public lewdness, after allegedly urinating in front of Chan An Chinese Restaurant on Foote Avenue.
