Geraldine "Gerry" Timblin Ernewein, 80, of Corry, Pa., died Monday afternoon, Nov. 18, 2013, at Corry Manor, following a short illness.
She was born in Dagus Mines, Pa., Elk County, the daughter of the late Howard and Frieda Saline Timblin. She lived in Corry, Pa., most of her adult life.
She was employed at TruckLite Corp. in Jamestown, N.Y., on the assembly line for many years. She enjoyed touring the country on their motorcycle.
She is survived by six sisters: Shirley Kahle and husband, Dick of Corry, Pa., Carol Fuller and husband, Lee of Jamestown, N.Y., Alice Apthorpe and husband, Tom of Falconer, N.Y., Patricia Weyer and husband, David of Dewey Rose, Ga., Kathy Bova of Archdale, N.C., and Linda Stuart and husband, William of Cortland, Ohio; and one brother, Howard Timblin and wife, Rachel of Jamestown, N,Y.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Ernewein in 2003; and two sisters: Ellen Ercson and Anna Jane Monroe.
Calling hours will not be observed and burial will be private in Busti Cemetery, Busti, N.Y.
