CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
MAYVILLE- Rachael Palkovic, 22, of Erie, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or greater, speeding, failure to keep right and crossing hazard markings Sunday at 1 a.m. Sheriff's deputies allegedly observed Palkovic driving erratically, committing several traffic infractions on South Erie Street in Mayville. She was later released from custody and will appear in Chautauqua Court to answer the charges.
PORTLAND- Raymond Dotson, 44, of Portland, was charged with failure to appear on Friday at 4 p.m. Dotson was arrested on a warrant from Portland Court for failure to appear at a previous driving while intoxicated hearing, police said. He was arraigned in Portland Court where he was committed to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of bail.
LAKEWOOD- Joshua Vanord, 19, was charged with failure to keep right and fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana Thursday at 10:49 p.m. Sheriff's deputies stopped Vanord on Fairmount Avenue in Lakewood for a traffic violation, and he was allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana. He was taken into custody and later released with appearance tickets. Vanord will appear later in Busti Court to answer the charges.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
PERRYSBURG- Donald Pfaffenbach, 32, of Perrysburg, was arrested on a warrant issued out of Cherry Creek Court on Thursday at 9:30 p.m., police said. He was turned over to state police for further processing.
