Alyssa Harenda and Paden Vellia exchanged wedding vows on Aug. 3, 2013, at Lakewood Baptist Church, Lakewood, N.Y. The Rev. Dan Prewitt performed the ceremony. Music was provided by Tim Harenda, brother of the bride, pianist.
The bride is the daughter of Joseph and Denise Harenda of Rock Hill, S.C., and the granddaughter of Tony and Theresa Harenda of Olean, N.Y., Lucille Kyser of W. Clarksville, N.Y., and Daniel Kyser of Olean, N.Y. She is also the great-granddaughter of Lorraine Butts of W. Clarksville, N.Y. Her husband is the son of Kenneth Johnson of Catskill, N.Y., and Elly Vellia of Lakewood, N.Y.
The bride wore a white strapless organza gown. The bodice featured soft ruched detail with a 3D floral accent. The gown had a high low ruffled skirt with a sweep train.

Emily Harenda, sister-in-law of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Maggie Then, cousin of the bride and Sarah Johnson, sister of the groom. Flower girl was Katie Martin, niece of the groom.
Best man was Joel Campaign. Ushers were Will Rodriguez, Kyle Johnson, brother of the groom and Timothy Harenda, brother of the bride. Ring bearer was Christopher Martin, nephew of the groom.
The bride is employed by First Citizens Bank in Fort Mill, S.C. Her husband is employed as manager at Game Stop in Fort Mill, S.C.
They honeymooned in Charleston, S.C.
They are living in Rock Hill, S.C.
