Martial Arts Promotions

Students at Johnson's Black Belt Academy were recently promoted to their respective belt ranks after 90 minutes of testing of martial arts skills in kihon (basics), kata (forms), waza (self-defense) and Kumite (sparring). In front, from left, are JR Riggle, promoted to third brown-black stripe; Mike Ciprich, promoted to third brown-black stripe; Abigail Krueger, promoted to blue-black stripe; Parker Mowrey, promoted to blue-black stripe; Arianna Lindsey, promoted to blue-black stripe; and Chris Jones, promoted to green-black stripe.
